Abelinda's Cooking Fiesta

Abelinda's Cooking Fiesta will help you discover the wonderful tastes of Spanish cuisine. You will be able to create mouth watering dishes you can be proud of no matter of you capabilities, there will be no more (can't cook won't cook). I will show you that anyone can turn out dishes like paella with a little know how and all in the comfort of your own home. I will bring all the equipment needed all the ingredients, so you can focus on the day and enjoy yourself. Once all the cooking is done, all the dishes will be left for you to enjoy. AQUA ZUMBA

AQUA ZUMBA WITH PAULA TEL 664887414 Known as the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Aqua Zumba incorporates dance and fitness moves and makes it fun for anyone who wants to exercise in the water. Accompanied by fun, upbeat music, Aqua Zumba makes exercising seem like a pool party. Exercising in the water gives you the same benefits as exercising on land. Cardio stamina, muscle building, and weight loss can all be obtained from a water fitness class. Movement against water creates resistance that is similar to other resistance exercise such as weight lifting, exercise tubing and fitness machines. In addition the buoyancy of the water makes movement low impact creating less stress on the body. Aqua Zumba uses mostly Latin music rhythms such as merengue, cumbia and salsa but can also use a variety of upbeat tempos as found in swing or country music. Because of the resistance of the water movements will be slower than in a class you would do on land, yet they can be just as intenSplashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Art classes

Suzanne Stokes teaches art at Billy's Bar, El Chapparel on MOnday mornings from 10.30-1.00pm. Beginners as well as more experienced artists are welcome. All types of media from water colour to oils, acrylics, and pastels are covered.

Casa La Pedrera, The Grand Design House & Activity Centre

Casa La Pedrera ovelooks the beautiful ´Blue´ La Pedrera Lake and all the trails take place in the nature reserve that surrounds this landmark house that was featured on the Grand Designs Program, which is presented by Kevin Mccloud. Activities and trails are suitable for all ages and abilities and supervised by experienced instructors. Our aim is for everyone to have a fantastic time with the emphasis on fun, yet safety is not compromised. Those who do not want to do an activity can relax by our luxurios pools, complete with slides and diving boards, or simply sit in our Tea Garden with a cup of tea and home made cake. We offer a weekly bike rental service for only 30€ per week + a 50€ returnable deposit on EACH BIKE RENTED. The bikes will be delivered and collected from your house.
